Picture time

This last weekend we went and had some updated pictures taken for Christmas cards and to have current pictures of the boys. Cooper really tried to help hold Conner and Hunter but when the babies are almost as big as you are it is kind of a hard challenge. So, that is why Conner looks like he is in a headlock and Hunter looks like he is being tipped over!

However I do have to say that the new picture of the five of us turned out really well. All three of the boys are somewhat looking at the camera and there weren't any tears. (recently Cooper has decided that he no longer likes having his picture taken!) I think overall we clean up pretty good, and Conner was a treat giving us that famous "Grandpa George" smile (love you dad!).

lounging around

Conner is our evening cat napper. Who after he has his cereal really enjoys taking five. Well it seems he can fall aleep almost anywhere from this picture!

Cooper really concentrating on something
I see the same concentration from Hunter. Since he has started to wear his helmet to correct a flat spot he really doesn't seem to mind it. He is only supposed to have it off for a short period of time throughout the whole day. And besided that it starts to stink a little at the end of the day since he sweats like his dad it seems to really  be working.
 smile?
Yesterday morning I put the twins in thier rival collage outfits! The MSU onzie is from Uncle Clint and Aunt Laurel who gave it to Cooper a few years ago, and the NDSU onzie is from Aunt Sue, it used to be Cousin Taylors whose older cousin Nikki goes to NDSU.

tried to get a picture of the three of them and the Cooper was more interested in watching acartoon on Johns phone and the twins were way more interested in their big brother. Can't wait to see how pitures with Santa Claus go this weekend!

Baby food for the first time

So a few weeks ago we gave the boys rice cereal for the first time. And boy was it a hit. It took them a few times to figure out how to keep it in their mouths but they have been doing better every day.

 after a mouth full
 yummy, good stuff
Cooper kept saying he wanted a bite too, until I'd dish him up a spoonfull, then it was a whole different story.
We can't seem to feed Hunter fast enough sometimes, can't wait to see how they like squash!

Happy Halloween

For this Halloween Cooper wanted to be a pirate, specifically Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirate! Only problem, we had to bribe him with hotdogs in order for him to even wear the costume!
He did how ever really like his sword.
here are our little tiger at bat. This is one of the only times Conner liked having the hood up.
Here are the boys when we went over to Uncle Billy and Aunt Sue. As you can see Conner is still thrilled with his costume!
 all smiles
 got to love the face
Cooper and I decided to carve a pumpkin this year. This is about as much as Cooper helped out. He didn't really want to touch the insides after this.
 craping out the inside
all finished with the kitten on a jack o lantern
Here is what it looks like in the dark

Fun at the Circus

So since the babies have arrived, Cooper hasn't had mommy and daddy all to himself. So a few weeks ago we dropped the babies off with Aunt Sue and Cousin Ashley and took Cooper to the Circus. The Barnum Bash. Here are some pictures from the day and lets just say those gypsys know how to put on a show.

As you can see my two guys seem to really enjoy the beginning!

Here they are coming into the ring Cooper really liked the elephants
These camels are way bigger than the ones here at the zoo!
Here are the gypsy's doing acrobatic stuff in the air
 And the fire eater
Here is the strong man balancing the ladies of the show on his chest. He also bent a thing of rebar over his head.
Cooper really like the dog act. They ran all over the ring jumping and dancing around.
This act was really neat. They really got the thing moving even with the two people on the outside of the rings.Too bad it wasn't closer so we had a better view.
Here is the strong man again lifting the ladies on his back.
This act was pretty good, they are both very strong being able to balance each other like they did.
Cooper kind of lost interest with this act.
Good thing the elephants were next. He just sat on John's lap watching these three move about.

The last act was this ball that 3 motorcylce riders drove around in at the same time.
The important thing was that Cooper had a good time all by himself! Can't wait to see what he thinks of his Christmas present getting to go see "Elmo Live" with Aunt Sue and cousin Taylor.

The Baptism

This weekend Hunter George and Conner Allen were Baptized at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Here are a few pictures from the big day. Here is Fr. Shane Campbell baptizing the boys.

Three very good little ones after church. They are ready to go home and have a BBQ and play
Here is a picture of Taytum who was an angel during church and only had to go for a walk once!
Here is baby Amelia, she was such a ham during church chewing on her toes.

Family Visitors

The twins were  Baptized this weekend so we had a house full of visitors from Montana.
Conner was so excited to see Uncle Jarred that he fell asleep. He really did have fun smiling and laughing with his Uncle Jarred though...when he wasn't sleeping.
Grandpa George and Hunter were having a little guy time too.

I really tried to get a picture of Cooper and his cousin Jaxson. But Cooper likes getting his picture taken so much because then he gets to see himself. Apparently he just couldn't contain himself!
We were also going to get the twins 3 month pictures but the weather didn't cooperate. So I took a few at the house until we can reschedule. Conner is in the blue and Hunter is in the green. Both are very excited that I'm taking pictures. AGAIN
But I do have to say they are doing so much better at tummy time since we have really been working with them. Still not impressed though!
Here is a picture of the boys with Grandpa George and Grandma Nene (Melanie) before going to church
Uncle Clint wasn't able to make the trip, but that didn't stop Aunt Laurel and cousin Taytum from coming over for the weekend. Thanks so much for coming, we had a great time.
Cooper and his two cousins from both sides of his family riding cars in the driveway after church. Cousin Jaxson really enjoyed playing with Cooper's cousin Taylor. Who knows they might have to come visit more often.
Little Miss Amelia and her daddy Uncle Jarred just hanging out before the BBQ
Aunt Sue  and Conner getting a little one on one time together.
Here is a picture of the grandparents with all 6 of their grandkids. Jaxson (3) Cooper (2) Taytum (1) Amelia (5mos) Hunter and Conner (3mos). Yes, that makes 6 grandkids in 3 years. "You are welcome!"
Here is a nice picture of the boys and Taylor with John's mom and dad. Grandpa George and Grandma Alice. Thank you for coming to the boys' baptism.
Here is a picture of the boy's honorary grandparents (cousin Taylor's grandparents) Grandpa Bill and Grandma Donna. Thank you so much for coming to the boys' baptism.
