Mornings with Daddy and Cooper

Sunday morning John got up with Cooper and let me sleep in. When I woke up this is how I found Cooper. He has a pair of sandles that he really likes wearing but they don't fit over his pajamas and daddy can't tell his little guy no so they compromised. It is quite the look!!

I had to take these picures from the stairs so that Cooper would stand still for me too!

Just playing around

Cooper has decided that everything is a stool for him to stand on. He especially likes his Lightening McQueen car that he uses to look out the picture window.

Cooper and John were in his room playing with his Thomas the train so I decided to take a few pictures. As you can see John was very cooperative!

Cooper has really gotten the hang of getting on and off the train all by himself, But he still hasn't quite figured out how to get it to go.

This is how we get on! What a nut

And we just figured out that mommy has her camera out taking pictures

Camping in Medora

Over Labor Day we met up with Grandpa George and Grandma Mel in Medora to go camping. On Saturday the weather didn't cooperate for the guys to go golfing so they came with Cooper, grandma and me to go around town

And this is one of our great finds. For 50 cents Cooper was a real bull rider.... kind of!

With mommy holding on, Cooper took his turn riding on toy toy bull, good thing it went pretty slow

Here is a picture of Grandma Mel and Cooper at the Cowboy Hall of Fame.

and Yes that is a Texas Long Horn mount behind them, that is why I took the picture right there!

Cooper has about had it with the musuem, especially since you can't touch anything. Next time mommy will remember to take the camera to the musical!. Thanks for going camping with us, we had such a great time and we can't wait to do it again. love you two!

Camping in Medora

While in Medora we decided to drive through the Theodore Roosevelt State Park. I wasn't able to get ant pictures of the wild horse but the bison were pretty easy to get.

Here is a pretty big guy

This is one of the herds that can be found through out the park

We thought this lady was an Elk but after zooming in with my camera she's only a Mully Doe.

I think Cooper really enjoyed the drive through the park. I think we are going to have to take him again so that he remembers going!
